Associate Professor Wilson Heriot
A/Prof Wilson Heriot is a retinal specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. After completing his general ophthalmic training in Melbourne, he completed his medical retinal research fellowship in New York and vitreoretinal surgical fellowship at Duke University. Dr Heriot is a principle investigator for a number of clinical trials in areas of Diabetic Retinopathy and Age-related macular degeneration, and holds an Associate Professorship at University of Melbourne in both the Departments of Ophthalmology, and of Optometry and Vision Science. He is the director of Retinology Institute.
Dr Thomas Gin
Dr Thomas Gin is an eye surgeon and fellowship-trained medical retinal specialist. His expertise is in the management of retinal diseases including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and retinal vascular disorders. He has extensive experience with intravitreal injections and retinal lasers and is an experienced cataract surgeon. Dr Gin joined Retinology Institute in August 2021.
